Open handshake JSONThe EW AI Data Center verified the updated EW corporate route while preserving the four direct federation sources. Louis remains a governed non-laboratory source; direct laboratory registration, research activation, PII telemetry, and automatic promotion remain disabled.
Open AIDC handshakeHandshake v2 is receiver-validated through EWTECHNERD and the existing EW-CORP → EW AI Data Center route. GitHub/Cloudflare live acceptance passed under LDW-LIVE-ACCEPTANCE-V2.1-RC2-001 with the governed SHA-256 payload set reconciled. Capability maturity, service approval, research activation, and direct AIDC laboratory registration remain unchanged.
Each major human-facing section now publishes its own bounded AI manifest. The section manifest identifies that page's role, authority, allowed interpretations, prohibited inferences, retrieval dependencies, and update constraints.

These artifacts reduce inference burden; they do not force external models to comply and do not replace human review or source authority.
The final HF2 Google AI governance regression scored 29/30 (96.7%) with zero blocking failures. EAI-001 credential-title normalization remains an accepted external-model exception; this handshake release does not alter professional claims or credential evidence.
